Managed Git qualification

This isolated environment evaluates AWS CodeCommit for fndry-controlled planning and artifact repositories.

The repositories are private. This Cloudflare site provides discovery information; it does not proxy Git or grant repository access.

Git uses the authenticated AWS CodeCommit endpoints, with authorization supplied through fndry's integration when implemented. Customer onboarding is not yet implemented.
